Log Home Finishing Touches
Here are the finishing touches to what has been a unique opportunity for Building Central. This Project was something out of the ordinary and not the normal for a Residential Home Build.
Sleepout
Brand New 10m2 sleepout as shown to cater for those extra beds needed.
Whareroa House
Major earthworks to allow for a Basement Garage with Living Space on top with amazing outlook of the Lake. This holiday home has had an 110 m2 addition.
Waitetoko Addition
Complete renovation to update house including insulation, relining walls, double glazing, kitchen and bathrooms. The carport was removed and replaced with a new garage extension which allowed the kitchen to be enlarged.
Upper Waitetoko
Major renovation of the existing holiday home with an addition of 110m2 added on to the rear of the house. This created a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a new roof and double glazing. It has increased its size to 240m2.
National Park
This holiday home has undergone a complete renovation with insulation, relining inside, double glazing, new electrics, kitchen and now has gas hot water. A small extension onto the bathroom/entry wall has allowed for 2 bathrooms and a larger main living space.
Building Central (Smith Family) ShowHome
This 330m2 over two levels home, is completely off the Grid. Using solar panels and Solar batteries for primary electricity and a backup generator on those rainy days. Gas hot water.
This four bedroom, three bathroom with attic storage, permanent home has glimpses of the lake. Old school radiators are used in conjunction with a wood fire for heating. The second floor is built in the attic room space. A spacious kitchen/dining area with scullery.
Omori New Home
This 261m2 modern holiday home as a beautiful outlook over the lake. It is split over two levels and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Omori Hill
This 360m2 holiday home that has amazing Lake Views is completely off the Grid 100%. The power is provided by a generator and water is heated by gas. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 bunkrooms and 7 bathrooms over 2 levels.
New Build: Log Home
This log home overlooks Lake Taupo. This 180m2 three bedroom holiday home is constructed out of Douglas Fur Logs.
